Berridale Inn

Welcome to the Berridale Inn —

A Snowy Mountains Icon, Reimagined

Nestled in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, the Berridale Inn stands as a proud testament to country hospitality, community spirit, and local history. Originally established in 1870 as a wayside inn for gold miners and wool traders, this iconic pub has long been a welcoming stop for travellers between Cooma and Jindabyne. Today, under the care of beloved locals Ron “Jacko” and Sue Jackson, the Inn is writing an exciting new chapter — one grounded in warm hospitality, family-friendly spaces, and live local entertainment.

After answering the call from the Berridale community, Jacko and Sue have returned to breathe new life into the historic venue, bringing decades of hospitality experience, a love for the region, and a vision to restore the pub’s role as a true community hub. Whether you’re a local, a snowfield adventurer, or a traveller passing through, the Berridale Inn offers hearty meals, welcoming faces, and a slice of Snowy heritage. With live music, open mic nights, a dedicated kids’ area, and the versatile Merino Room for private events — the Berridale Inn is back, and better than ever.
